What do I need for my first class?
Wear comfortable athletic clothes, bring water, and show up 10 minutes early. If you have a gi, bring it—if not, you can start without one.
Can I start as a complete beginner?
Yes. Beginners is designed for people with zero experience.
How do I know if I’m ready for Intermediate?
If you understand basic positions and can train safely in controlled rounds, you’re likely ready. Ask your coach if you’re unsure.
